Finger Jell-O

(from my friend PJ)


3 small boxes of Jell-O (any flavor, regular or sugar-free)
4 envelopes Knox gelatin

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup cold water

Dissolve flavored Jell-O in 3 cups boiling water

Mix together. Pour into pan and refrigerate until firm.

Cut and enjoy!

You can cut into squares, or if you're super fun, you can use cookie cutters to make fun shapes.
